LPN Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Manage medications with physicians and pharmacies
• Administer medications following protocols
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ conditions

Qualifications:

• State-licensed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR Certification required
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
