Position Overview:

The RN/LPN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring that quality care is provided to residents while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage clinical operations
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and facility protocols
• Address and resolve any patient or family concerns
• Conduct patient rounds to assess care and safety
• Manage staffing levels and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Valid RN or LPN license
• Previous experience in a supervisory healthcare role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support resident rights, safety procedures, and teamwork
• Foster positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors
