Position: Nursing Unit Supervisor (RN)

As a Nursing Unit Supervisor (RN), you will be integral to the care and support of patients requiring long-term and rehabilitative services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing care based on the Nurse Practice Act and facility protocols.
• Performing assessments to identify patient needs.
• Developing and executing individualized care plans.
• Supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Participating in the evaluation of care policies and practices.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring confidentiality.
• Educating patients and families on care matters.
• Maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
• Current RN license in the applicable state(s).
• Access to reliable transportation is required.
