Job Role: Nurse Supervisor (RN)

In this role, you will provide vital nursing care to residents in need of long-term and rehabilitative services.

Essential Duties:

• Adhere to established nursing guidelines and facility policies.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver nursing care and evaluate resident responses.
• Supervise the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to the formulation of care standards and protocols.
• Maintain thorough documentation and equipment knowledge.
• Educate patients and families about care processes.
• Maintain professionalism in compliance with facility standards.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience Required:

• Graduate of a recognized nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of experience in nursing, preferably in acute or long-term care.
• Valid RN license in the applicable state(s).
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
