Every individual bears the responsibility for safety. Our Operations team is filled with experienced members who have operated tractors, just like you. They will ensure your dispatch is done safely and in compliance with the law. Our Drivers handle loads with the same level of caution, mainly focusing on freight in the central United States. We guarantee not to oblige drivers to navigate the difficult mountains of the West Coast or the crowded streets of New York City. Your truck undergoes routine maintenance, and the maintenance shop is open 24/7.

Communication: It is common for drivers to engage in face-to-face meetings with managers and team members. We prioritize creating a sense of belonging for every driver, distinguishing them from just being a part of the trucking community. Drivers and dispatchers have a close-knit relationship, often addressing each other by name and sometimes even using affectionate nicknames. Our operations department is on standby 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Payment Structure: Earnings are commensurate with work experience and history, and will be decided post the completion of your full onboarding procedure. Our professionals are compensated for both loaded and empty miles based on practicality, providing up to 5% additional miles per year compared to those who pay for shorter distances. More miles equate to increased monetary rewards. Our comprehensive compensation package features annual salary enhancements, merit-based raises, safety bonuses, performance incentives, and more. Exceptional employees earned over $100k in the previous year.

The Basics

Transportation opportunities include Dry van and Reefer loads, excluding the transportation of fresh meat and operation in slaughterhouses. Drivers can expect to handle either one pick and one drop-off or engage in drop and hook arrangements. The freight involved is always no-touch, eliminating the need for physical contact during loading and unloading.
