LPN Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Work with pharmacy and physicians for medication requests
• Administer prescribed medications
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Partner with the care team to achieve the best outcomes for residents
• Identify and report any abnormal changes in resident health to the appropriate personnel

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license from the state of practice
• CPR certification required
• At least two years of nursing experience preferred
