Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Manage medication orders with pharmacies and doctors
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Adhere to infection control and other safety procedures
• Collaborate with the care team for optimal outcomes for residents
• Report any significant changes in residents' conditions

LPN Qualifications:

• Must hold an active LPN license from the state
• CPR certification is required
• At least two years of nursing experience preferred
