Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Handle medication orders in collaboration with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Follow infection control and emergency procedures
• Work alongside the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care for residents
• Report any significant health changes in residents to the appropriate personnel

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of employment
• CPR certification is required
• At least two years of prior nursing experience is preferred
