Job Description for CNA:

The CNA supports nurses (RN and LPN) in assisting residents with their daily living activities.

Main Responsibilities of the CNA:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Observe and uphold resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist nursing staff with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Aid nurses in administering treatments and assessing residents.
• Help with restorative and rehabilitation care under proper guidance.
• Maintain dependability and punctuality by adhering to scheduled shifts.

CNA Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid CNA license in the state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Capable of making independent decisions when appropriate.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
