New CNA Benefits: Shift Differential Pay

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide care to multiple residents in the facility
• Adhere to Resident Rights at all times
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Aid nurses with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Assist with treatments and resident assessments
• Support restorative and rehabilitation care as instructed
• Consistently demonstrate punctuality and reliability

Qualifications for CNA:

• Active CNA certification in the state
• Strong understanding of English
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
