Those with a CDL-A license can apply to be drivers at Keim, where the starting pay is at 60 cents per mile.

At Keim TS, the primary duty involves transporting building products, with a significant portion of the loads already prepared and covered, excluding trips to Canada and the transportation of hazardous materials.

HIRING CRITERIA

• Eligibility starts at 21 years of age
• The correlation between holding a CDL-A license and meeting physical fitness criteria
• An entire year of actively engaging in the industry
• Successfully navigate the agility assessment by meeting the criteria of lifting 100-pound tarps and exhibiting climbing competencies.
• Solid work history
• Provide a urine sample for drug screening purposes
• For the past five years, there is a clean record with no DUI or DWI charges, no instances of reckless or careless driving, and no convictions for alcohol or drug offenses.
