Clinical Licensed Nurse (LPN) Role Responsibilities:

• Facilitate admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer prescribed medications
• Follow established infection control and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal care
• Report any significant changes in residents’ conditions according to facility policies

Qualifications Needed:

• Current LPN license in the state
• CPR certification required
• Preferred: Two years of relevant nursing experience
