LPN Responsibilities:

Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident health and ensure care policy compliance
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Report changes in residents' health to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Florida
CPR certification required
Two years of nursing experience preferred
