Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role Summary:

Assist nurses (RNs and LPNs) by delivering essential daily living support and compassionate care to residents.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide personal care for multiple residents
Protect and uphold residents' rights
Support nurses during treatments and examinations
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Participate in restorative care programs as directed
Exhibit punctuality and dependability on every shift

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in the state of Florida
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with team members
