General Nurse (RN) Role Overview:

The RN is responsible for developing and providing nursing care to residents who need long-term or rehabilitative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the Nurse Practice Act and facility guidelines to provide care
• Create, assess, and implement patient care plans
• Supervise and guide other nursing staff
• Maintain compliance with documentation and patient privacy standards
• Educate patients and families as necessary
• Perform duties with professionalism and follow facility policies
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Education & Experience Required:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting
• Active RN license in the state of practice
