CNA Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily tasks (ADLs) and collaborate to ensure their care
- Assist residents during meals
- Follow infection control guidelines and facility policies
- Measure and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Report any changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors immediately
CNA Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
