As a Home Health CNA, your job duties will involve:

• Aiding residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring their care needs are met in collaboration with the team.
• Assisting residents during meal times.
• Following established infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and documenting vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as instructed.
• Promptly reporting any changes in residents' conditions to your supervisor.

To qualify as a Home Health CNA, you should have:

• A valid CNA certification from the state.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience is preferred but not necessary.
