Payment scheme for company-employed drivers:
- Solo Base: With a Hazmat Endorsement, drivers can earn $0.61 per mile, in addition to safety and mileage bonuses that are given out every quarter
- Solo Base: WITHOUT Hazmat Endorsement $.60 cpm + safety/mileage bonus paid every 90 days
- At Team's Base, team members can expect to earn a base pay of 70 cents per mile, with the opportunity to receive safety and mileage bonuses every 90 days
Safety/Performance Pay:
- Over the course of 30,000 miles or more, solo drivers can receive a bonus of 2 cents per mile, distributed every 90 days
- Over the course of 33,000 miles and beyond, solo drivers will receive an increased compensation of 0.05 cents per mile, distributed every 90 days
- Teams- .05 cpm over 57,000 miles (paid out every 90 days)

Employees working in the Local, Semi-Regional, I-5 Corridor region in California are paid $26.00 per hour for regular shifts, with an overtime rate of $2.00 per hour. Additionally, a bonus of $2.00 per hour is awarded every two months
Local, Semi-Regional, Romeoville IL $28.00 per hour OT plus bonus $2.00 per hour paid every 60 days
Payroll:
- Each day of Breakdown and Layover will set you back $165
- Holiday is $75
- For those who are punctual and maintain regular communication, the detention fee is $16 per hour after the initial 2-hour window
