Home Health CNA Overview:

The CNA provides essential support to nurses (RN and LPN) in helping residents with their daily living activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Care for multiple residents throughout the facility.
• Uphold resident rights at all times.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Help nurses with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Aid in providing treatments and assessments for residents.
• Support restorative and rehabilitation care with appropriate supervision.
• Maintain a dependable work schedule and punctuality.

Qualifications Needed:

• Current and valid CNA license in the state.
• Proficiency in English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to make independent decisions as required.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other staff members.
