Key LPN Responsibilities:

Oversee the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
Work closely with physicians and pharmacies to coordinate medication requisitions.
Administer prescribed medications as necessary.
Adhere to infection control and emergency policies.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care outcomes.
Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health to appropriate personnel.

LPN Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the state.
CPR certification required.
Preferred: Two years of previous nursing experience.
