Clinic LPN Job Duties:

Manage the admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
Coordinate medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
Administer medications to residents
Follow all infection control and emergency protocols
Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Report any abnormal changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff according to protocol

Clinic LPN Requirements:

Valid LPN license
CPR certification required
Two years of prior nursing experience is preferred
