Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Nurse (LPN):

• Handling admissions, discharges, and transfers for residents
• Managing medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering medications to residents
• Complying with infection control, emergency, and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal resident outcomes
• Reporting any abnormal changes in residents' conditions to the designated personnel in accordance with center policy

Licensed Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the state
• CPR certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
