LPN Responsibilities:

Handle resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Request and manage medications from physicians and pharmacies
Administer medications as prescribed
Follow infection control and emergency procedures
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Report changes in residents’ conditions as required

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
CPR Certification
Two years of nursing experience preferred
