Key Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:

Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
Coordinate medication orders with physicians and pharmacies
Administer medications
Follow infection control, emergency, and facility protocols
Work with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
Report any significant changes in residents' conditions per policy

Requirements for LPN Role:

Current LPN license
CPR certification
Two years of nursing experience preferred
