We are currently hiring an 11 pm–7 am Supervisor. The position comes with a new wage scale, offering up to $32 per hour with shift and weekend differentials, depending on experience. Referral bonuses are also available.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Overseeing resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Administering and managing medications
• Adhering to infection control, emergency, and other policies
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure the best outcomes
• Promptly reporting any changes in residents' conditions

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
