Currently, we are hiring for an 11 pm–7 am Supervisor position with a new competitive wage scale, offering up to $32 per hour, including shift and weekend differentials based on experience. Referral bonuses are also available.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Administer and coordinate medications with pharmacy and physicians
• Ensure infection control procedures are adhered to
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes for residents
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly

LPN Qualifications:

• Current LPN license
• CPR Certification
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
