We are hiring an 11 pm–7 am Supervisor with a competitive new wage scale offering up to $32 per hour with shift and weekend differentials, based on experience. We also offer referral bonuses.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Overseeing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Administering medications and coordinating with pharmacies and physicians
• Adhering to infection control and emergency procedures
• Working with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for residents
• Reporting any changes in residents' conditions promptly

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• CPR Certification
• Preferred two years of nursing experience
