We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs for various shifts, including:

• Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Overnight Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Double Weekend Shifts

Sign-On Bonuses Available:

CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide care for residents with special needs related to diagnoses or behavioral concerns.
• Document care and observations accurately using electronic medical records.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Answer call bells promptly and courteously.
• Perform vital sign checks and assist with post-mortem care.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment on the unit.
• Support residents in participating in individual or group activities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the facility.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling at least 50 lbs.
• Perform bending, lifting, and equipment transport as needed.
• Assist with lifting and turning residents.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of New York.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to make independent decisions and work harmoniously with team members.
