LPN Responsibilities Include:

• Managing resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and physicians.
• Administering medications.
• Adhering to infection control and emergency protocols.
• Working with the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes.
• Reporting any significant changes in resident conditions to appropriate staff.

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Preferably two years of nursing experience.
