Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work with pharmacies and physicians to arrange medication requisitions.
• Administer medications according to physician orders.
• Follow all infection control, emergency, and center policies.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide the best outcomes for residents.
• Report any abnormal changes in residents’ conditions as per center policy.

LPN Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred.
