Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Coordinate medication requests with pharmacies and physicians.
• Administer prescribed medications to residents.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, emergency procedures, and all center policies.
• Work with the resident’s care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition promptly as per center policy.

LPN Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.
