Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and physicians for medication requisitions.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Adhere to infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal care.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions promptly per center guidelines.

LPN Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of previous nursing experience preferred.
