Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:

• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Coordinate medication requisitions with pharmacies and doctors.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Follow infection control, emergency protocols, and center policies.
• Work collaboratively with the resident’s care team to achieve the best outcomes.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions according to center policy.

LPN Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferably two years of nursing experience.
