Medical Associate (CNA) Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists both RN and LPN nurses with the daily activities of residents.

Key Responsibilities of the Medical Associate (CNA):

• Provide care for multiple residents throughout the facility.
• Observe and uphold Resident Rights.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support nurses in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Help with administering treatments and performing resident examinations.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care under proper supervision.
• Arrive at work as scheduled, showcasing dependability and punctuality.

Education and Experience Requirements for Medical Associate (CNA):

• A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state where you work.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Capability to work harmoniously with other staff members.
