LPN Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacy and physicians.
• Administer medications to residents as per instructions.
• Follow infection control and emergency procedures.
• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
• Report any significant changes in residents' health status.

LPN Qualifications:

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferably two years of previous nursing experience.
