Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Handle medication orders in collaboration with pharmacy and doctors.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Follow infection control, emergency protocols, and other facility guidelines.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
• Report any abnormal changes in resident health as outlined in facility policies.

LPN Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred.
