Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bring your photo ID, Social Security card, CPR certification (if current), and your nursing license.

Healthcare Practitioner Duties:

• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Coordinate medication requests with pharmacies and doctors
• Administer medications as directed
• Follow infection control policies and other center guidelines
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes
• Report abnormal changes in a resident’s condition promptly

Required Qualifications for Healthcare Practitioner:

• LPN license in the state of practice
• CPR certification is a must
• Two years of prior nursing experience is preferred
