Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

Handling resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Managing medication orders with pharmacies and doctors
Administering prescribed medications
Complying with infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility protocols
Collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes for residents
Reporting significant changes in resident health to the proper staff
